Mesorb is a highly absorbent dressing with fluff pulp core for excellent exudate management that also provides good protection and ventilation properties.

A fluid repellent strikethrough barrier prevents leakage and outer contamination.  The low adherent wound contact layer offers impressive patient comfort and makes the dressings suitable for use on moderately to heavily exuding wounds as either a primary or secondary dressing.
